It’s horrible working in low brilliance teams.

Low brilliance  teams have big dramas and scattered focus.        

They are draining and unproductive have high staff turnover and  attract crap. Profitability will often be very low. They tend to bring out the worst in people. Sometimes a good team will get disconnected because they do not have the tools they need to deal with the changes and challenges they are faced with.
